Terms of Service
Terms and conditions governing the use of BridgewellTek services and website.
Last updated: March 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BridgewellTek website (bridgewelltek.sa) and cloud computing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
BridgewellTek provides cloud computing consulting, migration, infrastructure management, security, compliance, and managed services for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia. Service specifics are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
2. Service Agreements
All professional services are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) that specifies scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These Terms supplement but do not replace such agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Maintain security of account credentials and access permissions
- Comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations
- Ensure proper licensing for any software or content in your cloud environment
- Timely payment of invoices per agreed terms
4. Intellectual Property
All content on bridgewelltek.sa, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by BridgewellTek or its licensors and protected by Saudi and international intellectual property laws.
Client data and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of the client. Work product developed specifically for a client is addressed in the applicable service agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services and is subject to standard exceptions (public information, legal requirements, etc.).
6. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Client data is handled per the data processing terms in service agreements.
7. Service Level Commitments
Service levels, uptime guarantees, and support response times are defined in individual service agreements or SLAs. Standard managed services include 99.9% infrastructure availability targets.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, BridgewellTek's liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify BridgewellTek against claims arising from client content, client's use of services in violation of these Terms, or client's violation of applicable laws.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services per the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, client data will be returned or deleted per the agreement terms and PDPL requirements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
